  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Position: Customer Service Agent – Mandarin and Cantonese Speaker

Working Hour: Full-Time Night Shift (8pm-10am) 5 days rotational Mon-Sun

Location: KL Sentral

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma | Fresh Grad
  • SPM WITH 1 year EXP [PASSED SPM WITH CERT]
  • Mandarin/Cantonese/ both ( Able to converse, read and write)
  • Good English communication (B2)
  • Able to work on full time Night Shift
  • Available to start working on 12 May 2025 if passed interview

Job Description:

  • Take call and provide accurate answer to customer queries.
  • Delivery excellent customer support & services and offering patient assistance at all times.
  • Respond to customer’s inquiries over knowledge acquired through training (client product, continuous improvement, and refresher courses).
  • Deliver customers support & services effectively through active communications.
  • Meet and exceed all key performance indicators set by the company and the client.
  • Adhere to given works roster including but not limited to weekends, public holidays, split off and rest day due to business requirement.
  • Adhere to Call flow procedure & Processes as well as requirement of Quality Assurance.
  • Abide to De-escalation processes that involving dissatisfied customer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
