Job Overview

The Senior Executive, Student Recruitment plays a key role in attracting and enrolling students at King Henry VIII College (KH8). This position focuses on executing recruitment strategies, engaging with prospective families, conducting school tours, and supporting the admissions process to meet enrollment targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build relationships, deliver compelling school tours, and contribute to the school’s overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Recruitment & Outreach

- Assist in executing student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals.

- Identify and engage prospective students through various recruitment channels, including school visits, fairs, and digital outreach.

- Develop and maintain relationships with educational agents, feeder schools, and community organizations.

- Represent KH8 at local and international student recruitment events.

Admissions Support

- Manage inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses to prospective students and parents.

- Guide families through the admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment.

- Support the assessment and interview process for prospective students.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and conversions using the school’s CRM system.

Exceptional School Tour Leadership

- Conduct engaging, informative, and personalized school tours to highlight KH8’s unique offerings.

- Adapt tour content based on the interests and needs of prospective families.

- Collaborate with the academic team and student ambassadors to create a welcoming experience.

- Continuously improve tour delivery based on feedback and best practices.

Marketing & Communications Support

- Work closely with the marketing team to execute recruitment campaigns and initiatives.

- Assist in creating promotional materials, presentations, and digital content for student recruitment.

- Ensure consistent communication with prospective families via email, phone, and social media.

Data Tracking & Reporting

- Track and analyze recruitment data to assess campaign effectiveness.

- Provide regular reports on inquiries, applications, and enrollment trends.

- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and conversion rates.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a related role in the education sector.

- Strong presentation and public speaking skills, particularly in leading school tours.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

- Knowledge of the British international school system and the Malaysian education landscape is an advantage.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools is a plus.

- Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.
