  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements

  • Minimum education on SPM or Diploma related experience in this field.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in F&B industry.
  • Fully trained to Barista standard with full understanding of brand standards.
  • Literate & numerate
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, client & staff
  • Ability to work with a team, and on own initiative
  • Flexible approach to the role

Responsibility

  • Responsible for delivering brand standards in, but not limited to cash management, opening the unit, preparing for the shift, closing the unit, orders, monitoring and delivering high standards of customer service, accepting deliveries.
  • Perform the role of float where required.
  • Take responsibility for checking the quality of the espresso by accurately measuring & recording the grind & dose.
  • Ensure all drinks are made and served to brand standard.
  • Ensure all coffee equipment is in good working order and report any faults as required.
  • Deliver the highest levels of customer service in line with brand standards.
  • Produce & serve all drinks to brand standards & recipes.
  • Produce & present all food to brand standards.
  • Maintain stock levels/availability by replenishing display/fridges within company guidelines/planograms, rotating stock to ensure compliance with company health & safety guidelines.
  • Sell & demonstrate product knowledge by advising the customer/answering queries & suggesting products to the customer as part of the ordering process. Act on initiative to optimise sales to the customer.
  • Operate the till in line with brand till operation & cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain customer areas to company standards.
