Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Provide product information and assist with resolving customer issues related to pharmaceutical products and services.
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure the seamless delivery of services to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of pharmacy supplies as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Pharmacy or a related field.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- A passion for helping others and providing top-notch customer service.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
