  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Act as the primary authority on safety for the construction site, ensuring all personnel, contractors, and visitors comply with safety policies.
  • Deliver on-site safety training sessions and refreshers to all employees, subcontractors, and new hires.
  • Act as the liaison for communication between project management, site engineers, subcontractors, and corporate safety leadership.
  • Conduct routine site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits, documenting findings and following up on corrective measures.
  • Ensure proper and consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), fall protection systems, and other safety gear.
  • Lead incident and accident investigations, including root cause analysis, and develop actionable recommendations to prevent recurrence.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports and documentation on incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a safety professional in construction, renewable energy, or solar-specific projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA 1926 (Construction Safety), NFPA 70E, and other applicable standards.
  • Strong understanding of construction safety practices, including fall protection, electrical safety, equipment operation, and excavation safety.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 (minimum), First Aid/CPR, and other relevant safety certifications.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence field teams and subcontractors.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
