  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: Petaling Jaya, Bandar Utama (Reachable by MRT)
Position: Permanent role

Job Scope:

  • Conduct quality calls to written-off account holders to negotiate full settlements or propose settlement plans.
  • Contact customers with written-off accounts to gather information on untraceable vehicles and persuade them to voluntarily surrender the vehicles.
  • Coordinate with repossession agents to take proactive measures for locating, repossessing, and disposing of untraceable vehicles.
  • Monitor repayments from customers enrolled in settlement schemes and follow up to ensure timely payments. Handle inbound inquiries related to written-off accounts.
  • Provide recommendations for appropriate legal actions and assist in their execution.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures throughout the recovery process.

Requirements:

•Minimum Bachelor of Degree qualification in Business Administration/ Banking/ Finance/ or relevant working experience will be considered

•Minimum 1 – 2 years of related experience in banking and finance.

•Fresh Graduate is welcomed to apply.

•Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

•Proactive, good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills

•Proficient in Microsoft Office

•Ad hoc travelling is required as part of the role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
