  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate landscaping projects. The role involves supervising site work, assisting with installation of garden features, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily on-site landscaping activities.
  • Ensure projects are completed according to design plans, quality standards, and deadlines.
  • Assist in the installation of landscaping elements (e.g., plants, water features, artificial turf, decking, vertical gardens, etc.).
  • Load and unload goods, plants, and equipment to and from trucks.
  • Work closely with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks and ensuring work quality.
  • Maintain accurate site reports, material inventory, and project updates.
  • Ensure safety compliance and a clean working environment at all times.
  • Troubleshoot any on-site issues and resolve them efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizen only.
  • Possess a valid Class E (lorry) driving license (ability to drive a manual truck is a must).
  • Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor project supervision is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to handle lifting and manual labor tasks.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to read and understand landscape plans.
  • Basic problem-solving skills to handle on-site challenges.
  • A positive, responsible, and hardworking attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
