We are seeking a suitable qualified high performing professional to join our Firm. The Accounts Assistant’s responsibilities include updating our client records, responding to clients’ inquiries in a timely manner, and filing pertinent documentation.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Analysing financial records to identify errors and discrepancies.
· Preparing year-end financial reports to evaluate the financial performance of companies.
· Regularly updating all accounting ledgers and journals.
· Performing reconciliations of clients’ bank accounts to ensure accuracy of cash records.
· Entering clients’ transactional data into the appropriate accounting program.
Qualifications and requirements:
· Min. Degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
· Min. 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position at a professional service organisation.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
· Ability to multitask and accomplish them in a detailed, timely manner
· Basic bookkeeping skills.
· Detail-oriented.
· Excellent communication and teamwork.
· A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in financial matters.
· Good command of English (oral and written)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
