Job Title: Product Manager (Office Based)

A Product Manager supports the work of Senior Product Manager by conducting market research, gathering quantitative product data, and analyzing the field to formulate company-wide strategies to develop new products and penetrate new markets.

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the ability to contribute appropriate product-related insights and strategies and a deep understanding of the relevant industry to identify new product features that provide businesses with a competitive edge in specific market segments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive and support the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competition analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
  • Drive and support the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competition analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
  • Analyse market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates N’osairis and its features across primary market segments.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
  • Participate in product presentations with prospects and customers with a focus on the business value delivered.
  • Identify, understand, and define customer needs and augment existing offerings to design a comprehensive solution to address those needs
  • Share design feedback and provide technical and procedural guidance to the Sales and Project teams to support sales/ project implementation.
  • Assist with project implementation, as and when necessary.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects is tied to the customers’ success criteria and business initiatives.
  • Provide information about competitive products and clearly differentiate the advantages and disadvantages of the offerings based on real-world experience.
  • Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments in technology and industrial pain points.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering (any discipline) or equivalent.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in engineering and in a customer-facing role e.g. proposing solutions to internal and external clients, meeting customers, proposal presentation, liaising with technical team for solutioning.
  • Having good knowledge of cloud services, functionality, and the application in the industry,
  • Having work experience in network, servers, and IT/OT applications.
  • Has working experience in Pre-Sales work e.g. Proposal write-up, costing, pricing, and solution development.
  • Strong Project Management skills, e.g. Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong research and analytical skills and able to tabulate and present to senior management.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and direct daily work activities with limited supervision.
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly.
  • Having experience in the operational and maintenance team will be an advantage.
