Digital Marketing Executive
Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and executing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth. This role requires hands-on content creation, video shooting and editing, social media account management, and a basic understanding of performance marketing, including Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Key Responsibilities:1. Content Creation & Production
- Plan, conceptualize, and create engaging content, including images, videos, and graphics for social media and digital platforms.
- Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos for campaigns, product features, events, and promotions.
- Develop creative storytelling approaches that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
- Write compelling copy for social media posts
2. Social Media Management
- Manage and grow company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry updates to keep content relevant and fresh.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to enhance community engagement.
- Work with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors for collaborations.
3. Video Production & Editing
- Plan, script, and produce video content for social media, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Edit videos with dynamic cuts, transitions, music, captions, and animations for higher engagement.
- Optimize videos for different platforms and audience preferences.
4. Influencer & External Media Management
- Liaise with external media, KOLs, and advertising platforms for brand collaborations and promotions.
- Develop relationships with influencers and industry partners to drive engagement and brand awareness.
5. Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Have a basic understanding of performance marketing, including Google Analytics, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to optimize content and campaigns.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to support paid ad strategies.
6. Trend Monitoring & Social Listening
- Keep track of industry trends and social media hot topics to adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Monitor audience sentiment and engagement insights to refine content and marketing approaches.
7. Brand & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, marketing teams, and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
8. General & Ad Hoc Marketing Support
- Assist in any other ad hoc tasks as required from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
- Strong skills in content writing, photography, videography, and video editing.
- Proficiency in design and editing software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and audience targeting is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about digital trends and social media.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with brands in retail, F&B, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of website CMS (WordPress, Shopify) is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
