- Greet all customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Register all transaction into the POS System, ensuring each details purchase is fully and accurately entered.
- Informing BOH staff, through the POS System or verbal communication of customers food orders and request.
- Identify customer issues / complaints and cascade the info to the superior for further actions.
- Clean and organize the dining area and aisle are always well-kept cleaned before, during and after operation hours.
- Assist assigned employees with cleaning the customers’ dining area.
- Ensure that all meals within your responsibility are kept safe and free from any unauthorize interference and/or health hazards.
- Set and re-stock service counters, shelving units, refrigeration units and tables/trays.
- Deliver customer service in line with ‘best practice’. Ensure compliance to relevant policies.
- Main duties to set up platting area and food counters ready for each service.
- Training will be provided
Shift timings : 5am-1.30pm & 10.30am- 7pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
