  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are a leading digital marketing agency looking for experienced Telemarketers to join our team. This is a remote role for candidates with strong cold-calling experience and a proven track record in appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospects using a provided lead list
  • Engage potential clients professionally, qualify them, and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up on leads via phone and email to maximize conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and lead statuses in our CRM
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting
  • Excellent command of spoken English
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle objections and turn prospects into qualified leads
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a fully functional computer
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bonus: Mandarin-speaking ability and a successful track record of calling businesses in Singapore
  • Bonus: Knowledge of digital marketing and familiarity with industry terminology
