Job Description:
Monthly Claims and Payment Management
- Prepare and submit monthly employee claims accurately and on time.
- Liaise with employee on claim inquiries and providing information.
- Prepare monthly payments for utility bills, rental and etc.
- Pay close attention to details to avoid mistakes, discrepancies and avoid late fees or disruptions.
Visa and Insurance Application and Renewal
- Process visa and insurance applications for new employees to travel overseas.
- Manage for the visa and insurance renewal before expiry date.
Travel Arrangement
- Prepare the air ticket in a timely manner when necessary.
· Tracking and report the estimation of the travelling time.
Good recordkeeping
· Prepare and update the administrative record.
· Assist with the collection of information and data to support better decision-making and problem-solving as assigned.
Hostel Management
- Oversees and manage in-out record for hostel (local and overseas).
- Dealing with the hostel’s management / owner when necessary.
- Ensure all employees are provided with accommodation.
Meeting Preparation and Follow-up
- Attend meetings and prepare detailed minutes.
- Coordinate with clients and business associates, and ensure necessary follow-up actions are taken.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
- 3 years or above relevant experience.
- Possesses strong attention to detail, good project management abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
