The Food & Beverage Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth communication between teams, assisting with scheduling, event planning, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist in scheduling, payroll tracking, and maintaining staff attendance records.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and distribute relevant documentation.
  • Prepare and update operational reports, training materials, and SOPs.
  • Handle internal and external communication for the Food & Beverage department.

Guest Service & Event Coordination

  • Support event planning and execution, liaising between kitchen, service staff, and clients.
  • Manage special requests, guest preferences, and VIP arrangements.
  • Ensure accurate menu printing and update food & beverage promotional materials.
  • Address guest inquiries related to Food & Beverage offerings and services.

Inventory & Financial Support

  • Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and inventory tracking.
  • Maintain expense reports and budget tracking for the department.
  • Ensure proper documentation of supplier communications and pricing updates.

Compliance & Quality Control

  • Support adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with hotel brand standards and service procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
