Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist in scheduling, payroll tracking, and maintaining staff attendance records.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and distribute relevant documentation.
- Prepare and update operational reports, training materials, and SOPs.
- Handle internal and external communication for the Food & Beverage department.
Guest Service & Event Coordination
- Support event planning and execution, liaising between kitchen, service staff, and clients.
- Manage special requests, guest preferences, and VIP arrangements.
- Ensure accurate menu printing and update food & beverage promotional materials.
- Address guest inquiries related to Food & Beverage offerings and services.
Inventory & Financial Support
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and inventory tracking.
- Maintain expense reports and budget tracking for the department.
- Ensure proper documentation of supplier communications and pricing updates.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Support adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with hotel brand standards and service procedures.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
