Responsibilities:-

  • Attend to inbound calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the customer.
  • Keep records of interactions and details of customer inquiries, complaints, and comments.
  • Ensure the customer’s requests are attended to accordingly.
  • Liaise with respective team to have quick and efficient resolution of customer issues/queries.
  • Adhere to escalation procedures of handling customer concerns at all times.
  • Provide excellent service to all our customers at all times.
  • Candidate with knowledge in medical background is added advantage.

Requirements:-

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Experience in Call Centre / Third Party Administration (TPA) / Hospitality industry would be an added advantage.
  • Fresh Graduate encourage to apply.
  • Able to communicate well in both English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer literate and internet savvy.
  • Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented & disciplined.
  • Willingness to work late/on shift as or when required.
  • Adhere with the 24/7 Call Centre operation and scheduling.
  • Posses own transport.

Additional Details:-

  • Salary Range: Up to RM2,700
  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
  • Working Hour: Day Shift (7am - 5pm, 8am - 6pm, 9am - 7pm), Night Shift (8pm - 8am)
