Responsibilities:-
- Attend to inbound calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the customer.
- Keep records of interactions and details of customer inquiries, complaints, and comments.
- Ensure the customer’s requests are attended to accordingly.
- Liaise with respective team to have quick and efficient resolution of customer issues/queries.
- Adhere to escalation procedures of handling customer concerns at all times.
- Provide excellent service to all our customers at all times.
- Candidate with knowledge in medical background is added advantage.
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Experience in Call Centre / Third Party Administration (TPA) / Hospitality industry would be an added advantage.
- Fresh Graduate encourage to apply.
- Able to communicate well in both English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate and internet savvy.
- Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented & disciplined.
- Willingness to work late/on shift as or when required.
- Adhere with the 24/7 Call Centre operation and scheduling.
- Posses own transport.
Additional Details:-
- Salary Range: Up to RM2,700
- Job Type: Permanent
- Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
- Working Hour: Day Shift (7am - 5pm, 8am - 6pm, 9am - 7pm), Night Shift (8pm - 8am)
