  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are a growing E-commerce company, looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Admin to join our team. We have 1.5k gardening products selling including few hundred varieties of seeds online in Shopee, lazada, TikTok and etc.

We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, self initiative, hard working, can read and write Mandarin to coordinate purchasing and shipments from China. The candidate must be able to handle a fast-paced environment, solve problems, coordinate with staff and customers, and maintain composure.

  • Answering whatsapp chat regarding company's product.
  • Issue quotation to customer in a timely manner.
  • Issue Orders, invoice, Delivery orders and Packing list to customer.
  • Coordinating with staff and courier service on pickup and delivery of customer's goods.
  • Assist in daily e-commerce operations.
  • Respond to colleague inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Support other departments as needed, including logistics and customer service.
