Job Responsibilities :

supporting the recruitment process by assisting with candidate outreach, interview coordination, and stakeholder management

Job Descriptions

  • Contact candidates via phone, email, and text to schedule interviews and follow up on their application status.

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Arrange and confirm interview times with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Ensure all interview logistics (e.g., meeting links, room bookings) are organized and communicated effectively.

  • Assist with maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.

  • Prepare recruitment-related documents, such as interview schedules and candidate profiles.

Pre-Requisites :

Job Requirements

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • A Diploma/Degree in any related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software is a plus.

  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
