Basic Salary: starting RM4,000 (negotiable)

Working Days/Hours: Mon - Fri (3 rotational shifts)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent (No experience required, training provided!)
  • Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese & English (spoken & written, required for business needs).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Able to operate basic office equipment (computer, fax, copier, phone system).
  • Strong adaptability, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Able to establish and maintain effective work relationships.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Interpret accurately and professionally via telephone calls and printed documents between doctors and patients.
  • Follow interpreter protocols, training, and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to industry ethics.
  • Expand medical and industry-specific vocabulary to meet client needs.
  • Attend mandatory training sessions to enhance interpretation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
