
Brand & Marketing Executive
As the Brand & Marketing Executive at Koppiku, you will play a pivotal role in driving the brand's visibility, engagement, and sales through innovative marketing strategies. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will lead a team and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with the company's brand identity and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution and Management
Assist the Marketing Manager in the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated
marketing campaigns across various channels, including online, offline, and food aggregator platforms.
Assist the Brand Team in planning, executing, and monitoring brand campaigns, product
launches, and promotions.
Support event planning and execution, including brand activations and influencer gatherings.
Ensure campaign assets align with brand strategy and messaging.
Digital Marketing Support
Implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Customer Engagement and Loyalty Initiatives
Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty through innovative promotions and personalised experiences.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Track and analyse marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
Compile performance reports, including key metrics, customer insights, and campaign ROI, for review by the Marketing Manager.
Product Launches
Support the Marketing Manager in the execution of new product launches, including menu items and seasonal offerings.
Help coordinate launch campaigns and promotional events that drive brand awareness and sales.
PR & Influencers
Support PR efforts, including drafting press releases, coordinating media coverage, and
building relationships with journalists and KOLs.
Assist in identifying, engaging, and managing influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partnerships.
Execute influencer marketing campaigns, track performance, and ensure deliverables meet brand objectives.
Copywriting & Messaging
Develop and edit marketing copy for campaigns, social media, website content, and
advertisements.
Maintain consistency in brand tone and voice across all communications.
Collaborate with teams to craft clear, engaging messaging that supports business goals. Administrative & Project Coordination
Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for PR, influencer marketing, and campaigns.
Track and report on campaign performance, PR coverage, and influencer impact.
Conduct market research and gather insights to improve branding strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in branding and marketing leadership roles, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
Requirements

Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
