a. Administration in Poverty Assistant:

  • Responsible in stock management for Poverty Assistance and co-operate with Recycling and Marketing Communication Department to ensure it is running smoothly at all times.

b. Children Education:

  • Responsible in assist the teacher to ensure the children are completed the homework from time to time (including online school).

c. Implementation of SOP and Documentation:

  • Assist the Principal and Deputy Principal in implementation of the SOP and documentation in the Home.

d. Cashier and Customer Service:

  • Assist in issuing the official receipts for the donation and engagement with donors and the walk-in visitors.

Other tasks that might be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in social work, child development, psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in child welfare, social work, or orphanage management.
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature, with the ability to connect with children and provide emotional support.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer software for administrative tasks.
  • Six-day work week with complimentary accommodation and meals provided by the employer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
