Job Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals.
- Manage petty cash transactions and maintain proper records.
- Download, print, and organize payment slips and financial documents.
- Prepare and update overdue payment reports across departments.
- Coordinate with customer service for daily sales collection and invoice follow-ups.
- Ensure warehouse confirmations and purchase invoice approvals are completed.
- Assist in tax invoice verification and debtor statement reconciliation.
- Prepare financial reports, including outstanding sales and expense claims.
- Maintain organized filing of financial records for compliance and audits.
- Assist the finance team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Accounting or related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- For SPM or STPM holders, and 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role (Accounting experience is preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle numerical data accurately.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Willing to learn and grow in an accounting-related role.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
