Job Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals.
  • Manage petty cash transactions and maintain proper records.
  • Download, print, and organize payment slips and financial documents.
  • Prepare and update overdue payment reports across departments.
  • Coordinate with customer service for daily sales collection and invoice follow-ups.
  • Ensure warehouse confirmations and purchase invoice approvals are completed.
  • Assist in tax invoice verification and debtor statement reconciliation.
  • Prepare financial reports, including outstanding sales and expense claims.
  • Maintain organized filing of financial records for compliance and audits.
  • Assist the finance team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma in Accounting or related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • For SPM or STPM holders, and 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role (Accounting experience is preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle numerical data accurately.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Willing to learn and grow in an accounting-related role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
