Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, beverages and pastries with precision and consistency.
2. Ensure high standards of quality and presentation in every beverages and other product.
3. Interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, addressing their preferences and inquiries.
4. Operate and maintain coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders.
5. Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards inside bar, dining area, toilet and storage room.
6. Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
7. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
8. Stay updated on coffee trends and participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
9. Process payment and answering call from customer.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus.
2. Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about different coffee beans and brewing methods.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
