Administrative & Personal Assistant
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative & Personal Assistant to support our daily operations. This role requires a mix of administrative skills, basic accounting, scheduling, and creativity. If you enjoy multitasking and working in a dynamic environment, this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing & Quotation – Prepare and issue invoices/quotations accurately and on time.
Data Entry – Maintain accurate company records and documentation.
Driver Schedule Management – Monitor and coordinate drivers’ schedules for smooth operations.
Cost Tracking – Track expenses and costs to ensure budget efficiency.
Social Media Management – Manage basic social media updates and engagement.
Advertising & Design – Create simple posters for marketing and advertising purposes.
Client & Meeting Support – Assist in client meetings and provide necessary support.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry & invoicing
Basic understanding of social media management
Ability to create simple marketing posters (Canva or other tools)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Prior experience in administrative, PA, or logistics roles is a plus but not necessary

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
