Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Assist in processing export sales orders and tracking them to ensure timely delivery.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage export paperwork, such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
  • Customer Support: Help respond to customer inquiries about orders, delivery timelines, and products.
  • Shipping Coordination: Work with the shipping team to ensure products are shipped on time.
  • Internal Communication: Assist in coordinating between sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Payment Monitoring: Track and follow up on customer payments.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate sales and order records.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in sales support, export, or customer service.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge of export documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
