Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated individual, the best of the bests talent to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. Responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact for customer for technical issues and projects within FootfallCam system and platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliveries in the highest standards and meet customer business needs
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner
- Prepare daily or weekly reports as necessary, prepare presentation and partake in customer meetings
- Accountable for meeting individual KPIs and team goals and following procedures
- Write clear and comprehensive document, summary or action plan
- Handle POC, pilot and BAU projects with clear understanding of business requirements and technical deliveries
- Appreciate and willing to be part of AI-first company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related fields
- Outstanding academic records, scholarship holders or award winners will be considered first
- Customer centric and committed to uplift customer success and satisfaction
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Persistence and follow through
- Decisive and proactive in any circumstance
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, focus on metrics-driven goals
- Flexible and adaptable in a frequently changing environment
- Have knowledge of software applications, debugging, and programming
- Familiar with AI is a plus, such as AI Agents, LLM, Gen AI, Modelling techniques
