
HR CUM ADMIN (Mandarin Speaking)
· To ensure HR functions, activities and day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
· Managing employees’ database and staff movement including preparation of all HR letters, contracts and memos for the group of companies.
· Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development.
· Maintaining proper record of Leave management.
· Handling hiring process and resignation and termination of staff
· Handle performance review and appraisal exercises.
· Managing and ensure of Foreign Worker new application & renewal of working permit are following the regulations.
· Handling of issuing the payment voucher for the payroll payment & all the EPF, Socso, EIS and income tax every month and maintaining the record keeping.
· Handling all the related employee problem matter and ensure it follows the labor law requirement.
· Handling the other administrative work such as Company Insurance,
· Staff insurance, payment of utilities every month, office refreshment.
· Any others duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
