Administrative Duties

  • Manage Company Secretary (COSEC) matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and file COSEC paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers (e.g., company secretaries, regulatory bodies, lawyers) and internal teams for documentation and filing.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for corporate documents, ensuring compliance and easy retrieval.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting statutory forms/returns and handle other administrative tasks as needed.

HR Duties

  • Process payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Maintain and update HR records (e.g., employee files, leave, attendance).
  • Assist in drafting HR documentation (e.g., contracts, confirmation letters).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

Accounting Duties

  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare statements/reports for management.
  • Coordinate with departments for timely financial data collection and resolve account discrepancies.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Monitor transactions, manage outstanding obligations to suppliers/vendors, and ensure timely payments/reconciliations.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Min Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an investment holding company or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Knowledge of COSEC-related processes and compliance requirements in Malaysia.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
