Position: Finance & Administrative Manager

Location: Bukit Mertajam

Salary: RM 5,000 - RM 7,000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls.
  • Lead and supervise the finance and administrative team.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Handle HR and administrative matters, including payroll, employee benefits, and office operations.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
