Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls.
- Lead and supervise the finance and administrative team.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Handle HR and administrative matters, including payroll, employee benefits, and office operations.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
