Job Scope
· Act as the local HR representative, managing all HR-related functions and processes for Malaysia, Singapore and the regional office
- Oversee all HR functions, from recruitment to exit processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Manage payroll processing with external vendors, ensuring timely payments and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate training programs, source training providers, and track employee development.
- Keep employee benefits competitive and policies updated to reflect industry standards.
- Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations, while ensuring legal compliance.
- Drive employee engagement through team-building activities, surveys, and initiatives to foster a great work culture.
- Support HR teams in different business units, providing guidance and reviewing proposals.
- Work closely with the Regional HR Director on strategic HR initiatives and expansion plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of HR experience, preferably with regional exposure.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HR software.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide HR personnel.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
