Position Summary:

The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key clients to drive business growth, ensure client satisfaction, and maximize revenue. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions tailored to the client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

* Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.

* Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.

2. Account Growth & Sales

*Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

*Develop account strategies to achieve sales targets.

* Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals and negotiate contracts.

3. Service Delivery & Coordination

*Ensure smooth execution of services according to client expectations.

* Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and customer service) to deliver solutions.

* Monitor service performance and resolve any issues.

4. Reporting & Analysis

*Track key account performance and prepare regular reports.

*Analyze customer data to identify trends and improvement areas.

*Provide insights and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.

5. Market & Competitor Insights

* Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.

* Gather client feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications & Skills:

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

•2+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or customer service.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

•Ability to analyze data and develop strategic solutions.

•Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

•Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
