Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR functions, allowing you to gain valuable industry knowledge and develop essential skills in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
Onboarding & Orientation: Support in onboarding new hires, preparing employee documents, and ensuring a smooth induction process.
HR Operations: Assist with maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and handling administrative tasks.
Employee Engagement: Support HR initiatives, wellness programs, and company events to enhance employee experience.
Training & Development: Help organize training sessions, track employee participation, and prepare training materials.
HR Compliance & Policies: Assist in ensuring HR policies, procedures, and labor laws are followed.
General HR Support: Provide assistance in various HR projects and daily administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
