- Prepare and process export documentation, such as customs declarations, invoices, and bills of lading.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Verify accuracy of shipment information, such as weight, volume, and product descriptions.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to provide status updates and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively identify and resolve any issues that may impact delivery timelines
Job Requirements:
- Experience working in a logistics or export-related role is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer software applications, such as Microsoft Office or export documentation software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry practices and terminology is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
