  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Sales Engineer / Sales Manager – Electrical Power Industry

Location: Kuala Lumpur / Selangor

Salary: Up to RM10,000 per month

A growing company in the electrical power and energy sector is looking for a Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for high-voltage transmission and medium-voltage distribution line fittings and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver technical presentations on company products and solutions.
  • Understand customer needs, analyze data, and provide tailored sales support.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and propose improvements to optimize business performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including utilities and industry partners.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in sales within the power, energy, or electrical industry
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with TNB, SEB, SESB, and medium/high-voltage distribution utilities
  • Skills: Strong sales acumen, technical expertise, and ability to negotiate with clients
  • Languages: Proficiency in English
  • Other: Willingness to travel for business and ability to start within 1 month
