Job Description

As a Settlement Processing Executive, you will handle settlement-related tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate processing of reports. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and ensuring processes run efficiently. You’ll also help improve workflows and support team operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Data Management: Prepare and maintain daily and monthly settlement operation reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Transaction Processing: Analyze digital notices and customer account records to determine the most effective method for resending via digital channels or normal mail platforms.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and rectify any errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies in transaction documentation, collaborating with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily processing and verification tasks related to settlement procedures.
  • Presentation & Insights: Support the unit/section head in report analysis and the preparation of slide presentations when necessary.
  • System Enhancements: Assist in handling system improvement projects to streamline operational workflows.
  • Team Monitoring: Oversee and support non-executive staff in daily settlement operations.
  • Customer Service Support: Address inquiries and resolve complaints from internal and external stakeholders regarding settlement processes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to company policies, ISO standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements, including PDPA compliance.
  • Ad-hoc Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned periodically to support business operations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, analysis, or transaction processing.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
  • Leadership abilities to guide and support team members.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with different stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and ensure tasks are completed within stipulated deadlines.
