Working Hours:
5am - 1pm include 1 hours break
Working Days: 6 working days per week , rest day will be on monday
Job Scope:
- To handle and carry out the day-to-day department and operation, administration & account tasks
- To handle basic accounting
- Prepare purchase order, payment request and other documentation
- Managing telephone inquiries and incoming calls
- Manage proper documentation & filling for record keeping
- Perform other tasks by order of the superior.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in Administration or any related field.
- At least 1 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this post
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Ms. Excel and Words
- Possess own transport to carry out general affair outside job as when directed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- If you can speak Mandarin, it will be more advantage.
