Working Hours:
5am - 1pm include 1 hours break
Working Days: 6 working days per week , rest day will be on monday

Job Scope:

  • To handle and carry out the day-to-day department and operation, administration & account tasks
  • To handle basic accounting
  • Prepare purchase order, payment request and other documentation
  • Managing telephone inquiries and incoming calls
  • Manage proper documentation & filling for record keeping
  • Perform other tasks by order of the superior.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in Administration or any related field.
  • At least 1 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this post
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Ms. Excel and Words
  • Possess own transport to carry out general affair outside job as when directed
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • If you can speak Mandarin, it will be more advantage.
