Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining a clean and organized café environment.
- Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste and ensure efficient operations.
- Handle cash management, reconcile daily sales, and ensure accurate financial records.
- Address customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Staff Management:
- Hire, train, and develop staff, providing ongoing support and coaching.
- Conduct performance evaluations, address employee issues, and promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Customer Service:
- Ensure all staff provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and positive experience for all customers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications:
Education: SPM and above
Experience: 1 year experience in a food and beverage operational position.
Relevant certificate.
Own Transport.
