- Responsible in preparing a full set of accounts
- To ensure the account entries recorded in system are properly checked
- To ensure timely preparation of payments for all purchases
- Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances
- Issue invoice and verify the supporting documents provided
- Assist in audit and tax estimation computation
- To assist daily operational duties and perform any others ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time
- Required language(s) English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in accounting or related field
- With work experience, Sage – UBS, AutoCount, Property Development System (ACCSOLVE) knowledge will be an added advantage
- Must have basic accounting knowledge
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Independent and able to meet tight deadline
- Property development knowledge will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduate are encouraged
