Job Description:
• Oversee daily operations of Lazada store to ensure functionality, user experience, and overall performance.
• Manage product listings and implement merchandising strategies to highlight featured products, promotions, and new product launching
• Conduct regular analysis (e.g., competitor, sales performance etc.) to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and improvement opportunities
• Develop, execute, and assess promotional campaigns to maximize sales and enhance conversion rates and traffic
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock replenishment and timely order fulfilment.
• Foster and maintain relationships with platform partners to ensure collaborative success.
• Work closely with Customer Service team to respond promptly on customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless operation, including marketing, warehouse, and customer service etc.
Job Requirements:
• Must possess at least Diploma/bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, E-commerce, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in e-commerce field, preferably familiar with Lazada operation.
• Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Strong analytical skills and ability to stay updated on market trends and changes in the e-commerce environment.
• Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environment.
