- Plan, coordinate, and execute tour packages with suppliers and partners.
- Handle bookings for hotels, transportation, and activities to ensure seamless experiences.
- Prepare and distribute tour itineraries, travel documents, and necessary arrangements.
- Monitor tour progress and provide real-time support to customers and tour leaders.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate cost-effective agreements.
- Oversee budgeting and expense control for tour operations.
- Ensure compliance with travel regulations, safety protocols, and customer expectations.
- Gather feedback to improve future tour operations and customer experiences.
- Achieve at least Diploma education.
- Experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with GBS system and itinerary planning is an advantage.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent Communication and Problem-solving Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
