  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate cost-effective agreements.
  • Oversee budgeting and expense control for tour operations.
  • Ensure compliance with travel regulations, safety protocols, and customer expectations.
  • Gather feedback to improve future tour operations and customer experiences.
  • Achieve at least Diploma education.
  • Experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with GBS system and itinerary planning is an advantage.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent Communication and Problem-solving Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for travel and a customer-first mindset.
