  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Descriptions

  • Reporting to Director.
  • Oversee the process accounting transactions, process payments, bank reconciliation, update ledgers, control budgets of the department etc.
  • Participate in audits, investigations, stock takes and resolve discrepancies.
  • Highlight the most important tasks, such as managing client accounts, collaborating with internal teams, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Create and update Financial Statements, Accounting Reports, Management Reports.
  • Maintain and archive digital and physical financial records.
  • Handles communications with Government Departments, Customers, Suppliers, Bankers and other external parties via letters, phone, and email.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Director or management.

Requirements

  • Degree in accounts and finance and/or professional qualification like ACCA or its equivalent.
  • At least 5-10 years experience in Accounting and related duties.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulations
  • Possess good personal hard skill and soft skill.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
