Job Descriptions
- Reporting to Director.
- Oversee the process accounting transactions, process payments, bank reconciliation, update ledgers, control budgets of the department etc.
- Participate in audits, investigations, stock takes and resolve discrepancies.
- Highlight the most important tasks, such as managing client accounts, collaborating with internal teams, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Create and update Financial Statements, Accounting Reports, Management Reports.
- Maintain and archive digital and physical financial records.
- Handles communications with Government Departments, Customers, Suppliers, Bankers and other external parties via letters, phone, and email.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Director or management.
Requirements
- Degree in accounts and finance and/or professional qualification like ACCA or its equivalent.
- At least 5-10 years experience in Accounting and related duties.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulations
- Possess good personal hard skill and soft skill.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
