JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for outgoing personalities to join our team to shaping and structuring new deals for our suite of Data Center Infrastructure, Structured Cabling, IT Networking and Cybersecurity products. Our ideal candidate will need to have an understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner who has strong listening and negotiating skills as well as an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent the company with comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings to consult and advise our clients to help shape high performance solutions to achieve their business ambitions;
  • Maximize sales performance through strong relationships with clients and awareness of their needs and requirements;
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual performance quotas;
  • Generate leads by committing to customer service and building relationships;
  • Conduct incisive and insightful research of markets and competitors;
  • Develop relationships with clients and potential clients;
  • Identify, qualify, and maintain existing accounts;
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to clients’ needs in a timely manner;
  • Develop customized selling strategies;
  • Establish and maintain professional rapport with clients;
  • Assist clients by answering questions about products and services;
  • Identify and develop leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and events;
  • Develop relationships and advance the sales funnel from initial contact to sale;
  • Initiate new customer and vendor relationships and expand existing work relationships.
  • Diploma and / or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business related fields or relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Multilingual is an added advantage.
