- Identify and target new business opportunities through outdoor activities such as cold calling, networking, and attending events.
- Meet with prospective clients to present products or services, understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate terms, close sales, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Track sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads and clients to ensure timely communication and successful deals.
- Represent the company at external events, trade shows, and meetings.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent Time Management and Organizational skills.
- Previous outdoor sales or field sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and adapt to their needs.
