Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Community Executive who will nurture our customer base into a passionate community. This role combines hands-on community management, social media engagement, and event support—including acting as an emcee at our workshops—with a focus on empathetic communication, creative copywriting, and data-driven analysis.

Job Description:

  1. Community Nurturing & Engagement:
  • Transform Signature Market customers into loyal fans through genuine interactions.
  • Engage with customers across social media platforms and in offline club settings.
  • Actively interact, listen, and observe customer behavior to understand their daily needs and identify buying habits.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.

2. Event & Workshop Management:

  • Support the planning, promotion, and execution of our events and workshops.
  • Take on an active role as an emcee during events, workshop ensuring smooth and engaging presentations.
  • Manage backend support tasks for events, including pre-event preparations and post-event follow-ups to boost attendance and enhance participant experience.

3. Marketing & Copywriting:

  • Create inspiring and persuasive copy for social media, newsletters, and event promotions.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects our values and connects with the community.

4. Data Analysis & Process Management:

  • Prepare analysis reports and process flow documents to capture and evaluate customer engagement and event performance.
  • Use insights from data to continuously refine community engagement strategies and improve event outcomes.

5. Project & Deadline Management:

  • Coordinate multiple projects with strict adherence to deadlines, ensuring all tasks—from event setup to follow-up—are completed with precision and care.
