4. Administrative Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure franchise-related administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Manage scheduling, documentation, and follow-up actions for franchise-related meetings.

5. Compliance & Process Coordination

  • Track and ensure franchise partners adhere to operational guidelines and brand standards.
  • Support the onboarding and documentation process for new franchisees.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for franchise operations.

6. Cross-Departmental Coordination

  • Work closely with various departments to gather and consolidate franchise-related data.
  • Support communication between franchisees and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in tracking action items and ensuring timely execution of franchise initiatives.
