3. Competitor Analysis

- Identify key trends in the coffee and F&B franchise industry.
- Provide insights on competitive threats and opportunities for franchise expansion.
4. Administrative Support
- Maintain franchise records, agreements, and key operational documents.
- Assist in organizing and tracking franchise compliance and renewal processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure franchise-related administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Manage scheduling, documentation, and follow-up actions for franchise-related meetings.
5. Compliance & Process Coordination
- Track and ensure franchise partners adhere to operational guidelines and brand standards.
- Support the onboarding and documentation process for new franchisees.
- Assist in updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for franchise operations.
6. Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Work closely with various departments to gather and consolidate franchise-related data.
- Support communication between franchisees and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in tracking action items and ensuring timely execution of franchise initiatives.
