  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare full set of monthly management reports and financial analysis.
  • Responsible for day-to-day operational matters of account department.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
  • Monitoring cash flows & ensure payments made on timely basis.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agent, banker and other institution.
  • Manage SST, tax filings, and liaise with auditors & tax agents.
  • Experience with accounting software (SQL, or equivalent) and manual accounting.
  • Able to work in fast pace, multi-tasking and any other ad-hoc accounting duties.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills and Abilities::

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting field.
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent Numerical Accuracy and Attention to Detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
