What you'll be doing?

- Employee development: Conduct orientation programs, organize training activities, and oversee performance management to foster a culture of growth and excellence.
- HR compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws, conduct HR audits, and maintain accurate documentation to support the organization's legal and ethical standards.
- Payroll and benefits: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and manage employee benefits, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all team members.
- Reporting and analytics: Generate insightful HR metrics and administrative reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Educational background: A degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, providing a strong foundation for this multifaceted role.
- Relevant experience: 2-5 years of solid HR/Admin experience, particularly in recruitment activities, to hit the ground running.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft applications and a cheerful, meticulous approach to work.
- Language skills: Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Korean language skills would be a plus.
- Personal qualities: Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work long hours when required and ability to start immediately.
