Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing, job advertising, resume screening, telephone interviews, face-to-face, online and/or group interviews to deliver headcount targets.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruiting and selection requirements in order to meet hiring needs on a timely basis.
- Drive initiatives to attract, develop, and retain performing employees, as well as promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
Training & Development
- Analyze and identify skill gaps via Training Needs Analysis, propose and implement training solutions to maximize results that positively impact on the productivity, areas of improvement and performance of the business and operations.
- Plan training calendar and activities to meet employees’ development requirements, align with the company business priorities and operation needs.
- Create training materials based on identified training needs, to ensure employees are well equipped to meet brand service levels, operation standards and etc.
- Liaise with internal and external vendors / stakeholders in scheduling and conducting classes according to schedule, resources and logistic arrangements for all training / OJT activities.
- Support the team with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to ensure high-quality skills and operational excellence are met.
- Conduct timely review and provide value-adding recommendations in terms of efficiency and effectiveness in process improvements throughout the audit engagements.
- Manage and maintain training records, online learning resources, slide presentations, questionnaires, training videos, assessment, training equipment and etc.
Employee Engagement
- Design and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives, such as recognition programs, wellness initiatives, team-building activities, and work-life balance initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR teams, managers, and employees to foster positive relationships and ensure alignment of employee engagement initiatives with organization’s goals and values.
- Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in retail environment
- Proven experience of presentation, coaching and people development
- Strong Communication and Writing Skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong Labor Law knowledge, HR policies and procedures and recruitment selection
- Independent, detail-oriented, can do attitude and result driven
