Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Operations Support: Update price ledgers, product lines, and product grades while processing sales orders and artwork approvals.

  • Business Partner Support: Respond to inquiries about product pricing and stock availability to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer service.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor slow-moving products and take necessary actions, such as price adjustments or promotions, to optimize inventory turnover.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports by analyzing sales trends to support decision-making for the Head of Department.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Assist in marketing campaigns by creating product package codes and ensuring the accuracy of advertisements and promotional materials.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
