The Payroll, Senior Executive/Assistant Manager is responsible for end-to-end payroll function, reports preparation/submission, statutory compliance, iHRMs administration etc.
Job Description
- Manage and execute end-to-end payroll operations, including but not limited to basic data verification (attendance data/fingerprint data, master data etc.), interfacing with the entire salary, commission, allowance, overtime, deduction, bonus calculation process, ensuring compliance with company requirements and statutory regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, and up salaries files to bank
- Ensure compliance on monthly statutory requirement with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF and responsible for yearly EA preparation, tax filing.
- Generate and Prepare payroll related reports, statements, and support payroll audits.
- Maintain, safeguard and ensure accurate payroll records, employee data/information, and data integrity in IHRMs /payroll systems.
- Conduct internal payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and lead continuous process improvement to drive efficiency gains
- Ensuring prompt and accurate responses to employees regarding payroll-related queries.
- Work with HR and Finance teams to align payroll reporting and policies.
- Administer employee benefits such as medical and dental claims
- To provide guidance to junior team members
- Handle any ad hoc assignment as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Mathematics, Accounting or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Payroll system.
- At least 6-8 years of payroll administration hand on experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Have good documentation and record keeping skills.
- Proficient use of applicable technology and MS Office
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1.00 - RM1.10 per month
