The Retail Strategy & Planning Analyst will play a critical role in supporting and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize costs, and enhance overall profitability. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to influence strategic initiatives and support operational decision-making.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Support the development and execution of business strategies to drive revenue growth and cost efficiency, improving the P&L for the B2C business.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create business cases and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate opportunities, test assumptions, and analyze the impact of key business drivers.
  • Create and maintain funnel analytics to track and optimize customer journey metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance performance across all stages.
  • Build and manage dashboards using tools like Tableau to monitor key performance indicators and success metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate and execute commercial strategies, including launching new revenue streams, optimizing cost structures, and ensuring consistent monitoring of initiatives.
  • Support the management of strategic projects by tracking timelines, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely execution.

You Know-How

    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in consultancy, audit, start-ups, or a relevant business function.
    • Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
    • Experience in creating business dashboards using tools like Tableau to track performance metrics.
    • Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills with an attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for interpreting numbers and data.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing stakeholders and presenting findings.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership; ability to drive projects in high-ambiguity situations with minimal resources.
